Job Title: Data Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient order management systems.
  • Generate shipping labels in a timely manner to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage product SKUs by maintaining consistency and updating product information as needed.
  • Handle customer returns and coordinate with suppliers for replacements or refunds.
  • Conduct thorough market research for wholesale opportunities using industry tools.
  • Identify high-potential products based on competition, pricing, and demand trends.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor out-of-stock or discontinued items.
  • Calculate profit margins, taking into account item costs, shipping fees, marketplace fees, and taxes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon and/or eBay.
  • Familiarity with dropshipping workflows and tools.
  • An understanding of FBA/FBM practices, basic SKU/barcode handling, and marketplace policies.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and data entry.
  • Detailed-oriented individuals with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments.
