About the Job Description

This role involves providing enterprise-level support to our clients, ensuring their applications run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, automate, support, and troubleshoot services using your technical expertise
  • Migrate Applications to our Platform, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Build, operate, and maintain AWS Cloud environments, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies
  • Develop and enhance documentation, including Playbooks, to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency
  • Provide regular reports on maintenance and upgrade activities, highlighting key findings and recommendations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Hosting Support Specialist or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support
  • Strong technical knowledge of Linux-based servers and Virtualization
  • Familiarity with cPanel/WHM Control Panel, with experience in configuring and troubleshooting
  • Able to quickly understand new technologies and apply them to real-world scenarios
  • Hands-on experience with the WordPress/Magento stack, including PHP and MySQL
  • For Remote Workers: A quiet working environment free of distractions and a reliable high-speed Internet connection
