About the Job
  • Define the strategic direction of the sales team by identifying opportunities for growth through commercial actions and partnerships.
  • Develops and implements sales plans to optimize revenue and presence in the market for key/strategic/national accounts, in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Improves focus and alignment of key distribution channels with our distribution strategy, driving business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  1. Foster a high-performing sales team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives revenue growth from existing and new business.
  2. Structure and implement sales plans to maximize revenue from existing accounts and drive revenue streams from new business.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop short/medium term local sales incentives strategy for the assigned territories.
  4. Manage allocated expenditure budgets to ensure maximum return on investment for every expense.
  5. Maintain high-level relationships with key industry bodies, diplomatic missions, governments, airports within the assigned territories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Extensive commercial experience within the travel industry, with a strong background in sales and management.
  • Strong sales ability, commercial acumen, and managerial skills- ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow.
