Job Overview: The Territory Business Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within assigned territories.

You will identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and competitor analysis, and achieve sales targets within the designated territory.

Additionally, you will provide feedback to management on market conditions, product performance, and customer needs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of education
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, preferably in the food and snack industry
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and own transportation
