We're seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organic and paid lead generation, with expertise in SEO, content creation, social media marketing, and lead generation through platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
This is a hybrid role that combines organic content strategy with paid campaign execution to generate high-quality leads for our sales team. As a results-driven Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for writing SEO-optimized content, creating engaging posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, developing monthly content calendars, conducting keyword research, and optimizing website content regularly.
You'll also plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, building and testing lead-generation funnels using landing pages, forms, and tracking pixels. Your strong copywriting, research, and editing skills will enable you to write compelling ad copy aligned with target audience pain points and intent.
To succeed in this role, you should have 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, social media, and content marketing, as well as 1+ year experience running paid lead gen campaigns. Proficiency in SEO and ad tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Bonus points will be given to candidates with understanding of offshore staffing or B2B service industries, familiarity with AEC, Insurance, or IT sectors, knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, schema, crawlability), experience with project management tools like Slack, Zoom, Zoho CRM, or similar software.
