Job Title: Lighting Category Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive growth, profitability, and product assortment optimization across all lighting categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in category management, particularly in e-commerce, B2B, or wholesale environments. They will be proficient in tools like Magento, Excel, and Google Analytics, and possess excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product selection and optimization in functional, architectural, and decorative lighting categories.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and enhance profitability within each lighting category.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, assess price sensitivity, and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Use data insights to inform product assortment decisions and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers to align product offerings with market demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in category management, especially in e-commerce, B2B, or wholesale environments.
  • Proficiency in Magento, Excel, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong skills in competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and sales growth techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and vendor management skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
