We are seeking a talented Learning Officer to support the design, delivery and evaluation of our internal training programs.

About the Role:
  • Assist in planning and executing training programs aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and collaborate with teams to develop strategies
  • Coordinate logistics and administration for training sessions
  • Develop engaging training materials and digital content as required
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback analysis
  • Maintain accurate records and data in our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support onboarding activities and ongoing learning initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field
  • 1-3 years experience in a learning and development role
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and LMS platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Key Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Experience with training needs assessments and gap analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
