About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver live remote training sessions for interpreters, fostering effective usage of our linguistic platform.

  • Deliver engaging online training sessions and webinars for freelance linguists, focusing on interactive content and real-time feedback.
  • Provide comprehensive walkthroughs of the Linguist Hub App and Portal, guiding users through key features and functionalities.
  • Assist users in navigating the app dashboard, accepting/rejecting jobs, setting availability, and managing job notifications.
  • Demonstrate how to upload required documentation, track payment statuses, update language preferences, and utilize essential features such as push notifications and calendar integration.

The primary focus of this role is to conduct system orientation and onboarding webinars that educate interpreters on how to effectively utilize the Linguist App and Portal, including all key features and functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical expertise and experience with remote training delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with linguistic platforms and tools, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
