Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to assist in resolving disciplinary or grievance cases and drive initiatives to boost employee engagement and productivity.


Main Responsibilities
  1. To act as an impartial arbiter between employees and line managers in resolving disciplinary or grievance cases.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  3. Manage discipline management, absenteeism, employee grievances, and indiscipline cases from start to close.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with employees and line managers.
  • Able to write clear and concise reports on various HR-related matters.
  • Multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

An MBA with a major in Human Resource Management or any other relevant degree is highly desirable.
