**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to manage our store, overseeing various aspects of the business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate their team and handle customer queries effectively.
In addition, they should possess strong communication skills, be proactive in approach and balanced in handling emergencies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Store cost.
- Carrying out staff meetings at periodic intervals to ensure motivation of the team.
- Handling customer queries & staff concerns.
- Handling representatives of various government bodies.
- Maintaining records.
- Achieving productivity through walk-ins and ensuring customer interaction with the standards set by the organization.
- Driving the store as a profit center.
- Ensuring 100% target through internal & external quality scores/norms.
- Maintaining quality in query resolution and store upkeep.
- Performing works like query resolution and service order execution.
