We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin Professional to join our organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will possess excellent expertise in MS Word and Excel, as well as experience in office administration. They will be responsible for expertly utilizing MS Word and Excel to manage administrative tasks, providing strategic support in tendering processes, managing and maintaining ERP systems efficiently, and maintaining accurate records and files using MS Office software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources and administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience in managing ERP systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
