Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our team in Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead talent acquisition and management initiatives with a focus on identifying, developing, and retaining top talent.
  2. Develop and implement leadership development programs, learning strategies, and employee engagement initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  3. Apply strategic thinking skills to diagnose problems and identify solutions that align with company goals.
  4. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  6. Demonstrate excellent English communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
Requirements:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in the IT industry.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Familiarity with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
