Job Overview

Located at a major telecom facility, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee various human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective HR strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives.

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, and employee engagement initiatives. Your expertise in HR policy design and implementation will enable you to make informed decisions that support the company's mission and values.

Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Have experience working with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and Operations.
  • Be familiar with payroll processing and compliance reporting tools.
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR management.
