Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the facilitation and delivery of training to call center team members, including the development of relevant training material.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements effective training programs: The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and modify training programs to ensure their effectiveness in delivering results to call center/customer service personnel.
  • Monitors progress and identifies additional training needs: The Training and Development Specialist will monitor and report individual progress, identifying additional training needs as required.
  • Assists in program development: Assists in program development when introducing new products and/or services.
  • Provides and evaluates effective training activities: Provides, monitors, evaluates, and records effective training activities.
  • Designs specific training programs: Designs specific training programs to help develop or improve job-related skills.
  • Able to assist users with questions and problems: Able to effectively assist users with questions and problems associated with the use of desktop systems.
