Job Overview

The CRM Specialist role is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving customer engagement and retention through strategic campaign design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement targeted campaigns to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  4. Proactively address stakeholder questions and concerns, providing timely and actionable recommendations.
  5. Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, contributing to overall revenue growth.
Requirements

ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in campaign management tools and digital CRM systems.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, R/Python, and other programming languages is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of BI visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik is beneficial.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ETL, data warehousing, cloud, and big data technologies are desirable.
Education and Experience

A minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is required. 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecom industry, is expected.
