Training and Development Executive
Job Summary:
The Training and Development Executive is responsible for the overall management of training programs across the organization. This role requires a strong background in adult learning, instructional design, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs to meet the needs of employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content.
- Manage the training budget and resources to ensure effective use of funds.
- Measure the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
