Employer Branding Specialist

Job Description:

The Employer Branding Specialist plays a vital role in shaping the company's reputation as an employer of choice. This involves developing and implementing strategies that showcase the company culture, values, and work environment to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Employer Branding Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent by showcasing the company's unique culture, values, and benefits.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content (blogs, ads, social media posts, videos, testimonials) to highlight employee stories, benefits, and the company's culture.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and optimize employer branding initiatives across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and others.
  • Recruitment Partnership: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure consistent communication of the employer brand during the hiring process.
  • Internal Referral Program: Enhance the internal referral program with targeted campaigns to boost participation, drive quality referrals, and position employees as key talent ambassadors.
  • Employee Advocacy: Develop programs to encourage employees to advocate for the company as a great place to work.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure the employer brand aligns with the overall corporate brand and messaging.
