Job Title: Human Resources Officer

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support in daily HR activities, ensure smooth execution of HR processes and maintain employee records.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee documentation is a crucial part of this position.
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and attendance tracking requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Managing and updating HRIS data involves ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
  • Assisting in payroll coordination and benefits administration demands a thorough understanding of HR procedures and policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies necessitates staying updated on regulatory changes and company policies.
  • Responding to employee queries and supporting HR initiatives requires effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is mandatory for this position.
  • One to three years of experience in HR or finance is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is expected.
