Job Description- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Ensure seamless transitions for new employees and provide comprehensive training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Implement a robust record-keeping system to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with performance management and employee relations activities. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Process and maintain HR-related paperwork and documents. Streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency through automation and digitization.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration. Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Manage HR department's administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing the department's email inbox. Optimize workflows and delegate tasks to free up time for strategic initiatives.
- Handle any other HR-related tasks as assigned by management. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Possess a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Proven track record of success in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders to drive business results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Leverage technology to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance decision-making.
