Job Overview

IWM, a leading apparel manufacturing organization, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join its team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the South Region of Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new business opportunities with dealerships in the South Region.
  • Maintain and increase sales of IWM's products through existing dealerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reach sales targets and goals set for the region.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN A STRONG DEALERSHIP NETWORK ACROSS THE REGION.
  • Servicing the needs of existing dealers to ensure their continued success.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Set realistic sales targets for individual dealers and the sales team as a whole.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to support dealer growth.
  • Effectively allocate territories to IWM's sales representatives to maximize coverage and penetration.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor dealers' performance and provide guidance to help them achieve their targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage major customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Present sales reports to senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
