Remote Customer Service Representative

Are you looking for a challenging role that allows you to interact with customers and provide them with excellent support? As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our customers and the respective clients.
You will be providing assistance to the customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query. This includes:
- Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and/or services.
- Collaborating and building relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
- Communicating timely back to customers, tracking and resolving any issues regarding the service.
- Contributing to customer development roles.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience ultimately leading to a good quality assurance score.
The ideal candidate will have an Excellent command over English, with good American or neutral accent. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is also required. Additionally, flexibility, adaptability, and emotional intelligence are essential for this role.
