Job Title: Call Center Lead (Sales)

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be fluent in English, and possess a proven track record of closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to improve the team's performance.
  • Ensure agents follow scripts and best practices to engage with customers effectively.
  • Monitor live calls, evaluate call quality, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist agents in closing sales and handling escalations when necessary.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for the team.
  • Report team performance and sales results to senior management.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment to keep the team motivated.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal communication).
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a sales-oriented call center.
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and call center tools.
