We are seeking a visionary leader to drive SME revenue growth and oversee the performance of direct sales teams at a nationwide level. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in telecom and ICT, and a proven track record of achieving targets in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee the performance of direct sales teams at a nationwide level.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with targets by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with product teams and strategic partners to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of Zonal Sales Heads and their teams.
  • Establish clear KPIs, objectives, and performance benchmarks for the sales team.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive customer acquisition and growth in revenue streams across B2B and B2B2C segments.
  • Expand market presence by entering new geographies and customer segments, focusing on new customer acquisition for ISPaaS and ICT Sales.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key SME accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM, sales tools, and processes to enhance customer insights and engagement.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and efficient collection practices for all SME customer segments.
  • Engage directly with strategic clients to resolve high-value or aging receivables and maintain business relationships.
  • Requirements
  1. A Master's degree from a reputable university in IT/CS/Telecom/Electrical Engineering.
  2. 5 years' experience in a relevant field with at least 10 years' overall experience, including 5 years in senior sales management roles.
  3. Strong leadership competencies, including setting a strategic vision, building partnerships, team management, and exhibiting core values.
  4. Functional competencies in direct sales strategy development, business case development, business development, solution design and integration, and proposal/bid documentation.
