Job Description:

We are seeking a senior brand manager to lead the future of snacking and drive sustainable growth through a consumer-centric brand portfolio. This role will involve working with cross-functional and regional teams to implement a portfolio strategy aligned with the brand vision, supporting profit management, and contributing to new product development and platform opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of consumer behavior, preferably in the consumer goods sector in a matrix environment
  • Experience in developing seamless consumer experiences
  • Ability to manage business objectives beyond brand and budget
  • A balance of commercial and strategic acumen, including analytics and creativity
  • Leadership skills and ability to influence teams
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills
