As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and managing proposals to secure new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality proposal outlines and schedules.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Ensure document compliance with RFP criteria, including content, formatting, length, layout, etc.
  • Utilize templates and adhere to proposal-writing standards for readability and consistency.
  • Write, edit, compile, and organize information from multiple sources to generate cohesive proposals.
  • Update the bid spreadsheet on a weekly basis.
  • Compose all bid content, including executive summaries and cover letters.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is essential. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can drive the proposal process from pre-RFP planning through delivery.

Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are must-haves.
