About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain excellent communication skills with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage Prior Authorization and Referral tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to US working hours and be flexible as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on major insurances and their requirements.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from patients with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve patient queries promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate daily patient appointments with precision.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 PM till 5 AM
- Full Time
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Prior experience in Prior Authorization and Referral.
