Job Description:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records within the Microsoft Teams environment is a vital part of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and updating business flowcharts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Staying abreast of the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in employment law is essential for success in this position.
  • Supporting the maintenance of 401K portals and keeping records of benefit plans, including insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics, are key responsibilities.
  • This role also involves assisting in preparing reports for government compliance (EEO-1) and maintaining and updating Employee Handbooks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Candidates with fresh graduate qualifications or up to one year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and MS Teams (training will be provided if needed) is a plus.
  • Ability to work standard U.S. business hours is essential.
