As a member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to professionals and associate level employees. This includes implementing initiatives to drive business values & embed an inclusive company culture through various employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management – Provide support to internal stakeholders during annual performance reviews, and refresher sessions to employees on the performance management system.
  • People & Capability Review – Facilitate the annual People & Capability process, and provide support to leaders in creating robust development plans.
  • New Hire Onboarding – Coordinate end-to-end new joiner onboarding, develop orientation plans, and ensure new hires are equipped with required assets.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives – Support organizing international & regional events, and local events to enhance employee experience.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Development – Implement structural improvements, and work closely with senior managers for talent development and retention.
  • HR Operations – Ensure timely delivery of HR reports, resolve Workday queries, and participate in various HR assignments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Management Sciences
  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience
  • English fluency, both written and spoken
