Job Title: Product Merchandising Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a critical role in establishing strong relationships with manufacturers and building credible plans that showcase positive Return on Investment (ROI).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Sourcing: Identify new vendors and products to meet customer demand and drive sales growth.
  • Product Evaluation: Evaluate new products before they hit the market to ensure they align with our business objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Manage product codes and prices using our in-house pricing tool to optimize stock levels and age profile.
  • Product Information Gathering: Gather and record product information from various sources to inform buying decisions.
  • Purchasing Optimization: Work with the Purchasing team to optimize stock levels and age profile.
  • Communication: Communicate product information to internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manufacturing Liaison: Liaise with manufacturers on advertising content and manage publication space allocation.

Key Performance Indicators:

You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on all activity performance to ensure we meet our business objectives.

Requirements:

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position based in Lahore, Pakistan.
