Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic relationships with major donors. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Donor Engagement, your primary focus will be to enable and support frontline teams in delivering exceptional donor experiences.

  • Design and execute tailored donor engagement strategies, ensuring consistent communication and meaningful touchpoints.
  • Map donor journeys to ensure donors remain on a thoughtful, personalized engagement trajectory.
  • Liaise with frontline teams to align on donor servicing and implementation of engagement plans.
  • Update donor profiles, capturing philanthropic interests, engagement history, and future potential using CRM platforms.
  • Coordinate donor visits and events to deliver a high-quality experience.
  • Analyse donor profiles and engagement data to generate insights; ensure timely updates and regular tracking.
  • Manage a small portfolio of major donors, ensuring timely recognition and personalized engagement.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and communications in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and identify risks to donor relationships, supporting frontline teams in addressing them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop donor engagement materials and customized deliverables.
  • Engage TCF's Board Members and Ambassadors through tailored engagement plans and participation in initiatives.
