Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to lead our team with expertise and vision.

The successful candidate will oversee the management of a department of 50-60 people, ensuring efficient execution of department operations within given resources. This includes leave and shift management, enabling resources for effective executions as per roles and responsibilities, establishing and monitoring customer service standards using recognized benchmarks, and conducting progress and development meetings with staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage teams and departments, and possess a thorough knowledge of process creation and improvement. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in managing different teams and departments, international recruitment, customer support & services, business operations, call center operations, and project management is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a department of 50-60 people.

Qualifications:
