We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to oversee our full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.

The role of Talent Acquisition includes:

  1. Sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media platforms and online job portals.
  2. Developing and executing recruiting plans to meet the company's current and future hiring needs.
  3. Hosting or participating in career events to promote the company's reputation and attract top talent.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.

Job Specification

Core duties include:

  1. Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
  2. Tracking goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
  3. Managing the job requisition process and advertising job posts as per requisition forms using all possible job advertisement platforms and strategies.
  4. Screening candidates' resumes and job applications.
  5. Scheduling and conducting initial interviews.
  6. On-boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  7. Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
  8. Creating and providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
