Role Overview:

This position offers the opportunity to drive client success and satisfaction by managing accounts with a focus on communication, value addition, and retention.

  • Analyze client needs and develop strategies to meet their objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client objectives.
  • Oversee key services such as project management, sales growth, and issue resolution.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members and international partners.
  • Develop and execute growth plans for assigned accounts, working closely with direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Manage client relationships to build trust and drive satisfaction.
  • Communicate account strategies and ensure deliverables are met on time.

Sales Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and implement effective strategies.
  • Develop and execute growth plans for assigned accounts.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead a small team of specialists to assist in providing services to clients.
  • Mentor team members to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience with a track record of delegating tasks and achieving results.
