We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complaints Manager to join our team at Translation Empire PK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of complaint handlers, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to minimize complaint handling time.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in complaint handling, excellent leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams across the business. They will also possess excellent analysis and excel skills, be self-motivated, and able to motivate employees through continuous training.
Key Accountabilities:- Lead a team of complaint handlers to address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the complaint handling process.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize complaint handling time and improve customer satisfaction.
