Tender & Business Development Specialist

Vital Corporate Solutions is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to excellence and innovation. As a growing company, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tender & Business Development Specialist to join our team in Australia or remotely.
Key Responsibilities:- Tender Preparation & Submission:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of tender requirements for Australian contracts to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Draft, edit, and format high-quality tender documents (EOIs, RFTs, RFPs, RFQs) that meet Australian tendering regulations and company policies.
- Effectively manage timelines and submission deadlines to ensure timely delivery of tenders.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare comprehensive supporting documents such as company profiles, capability statements, policies, and procedures to strengthen tender submissions.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather necessary information and maintain open communication channels.
- Develop and maintain a structured repository of past tenders and templates for future use.
- Market Research & Bid Strategy:
- Identify and track new business opportunities in Australia to capitalize on emerging markets.
- Conduct competitor analysis to develop strategic bid proposals that differentiate us from competitors.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Administrative & Business Support:
- Provide administrative support in preparing reports, presentations, and client proposals to enhance business relationships.
- Support contract management and post-bid follow-ups to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage communication with Australian clients and agencies regarding tender queries and provide timely responses.
Required Experience & Skills:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tender & Business Development Specialist who possesses the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in preparing tenders, proposals, or bids (preferably for Australian, UK, or international markets).
- Prior experience in commercial tenders or facility management tenders is an advantage.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English proficiency (written & verbal)
- Expertise in Australian procurement laws and tendering procedures (or willingness to learn).
- Strong technical writing, document formatting, and proposal structuring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tendering portals.
- Knowledge of compliance documentation (WHS, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
