Job Overview

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of freight management, timely invoice processing, and shipment coordination.

This role requires collaboration with finance, sales, and project teams to resolve payment discrepancies, handle returns and claims, and optimize logistics.

  • Audit freight invoices using Matched/Unmatched reports and EDI portal; confirm readiness for payment.
  • Coordinate with third-party auditors and finance teams to resolve payment issues, late fees, and data discrepancies.
  • Handle freight cases including returns, re-routes, and claims, ensuring correct billing and shipping methods.
  • Support daily email operations related to tracking, quoting, and resolving shipping errors.
  • Assist sales, PMO, and Deployment teams with order management to facilitate shipping.
  • Conduct post-shipment validations such as serial number and tracking verification.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers for prompt shipment movement, maintaining project schedules.
  • Work with sales and project managers to optimize shipping efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Arrange special shipping as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation and warehousing.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with team members, departments, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures related to transportation.
  • Ability to interpret instructions in various formats.
  • Problem-solving skills with practical application.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
