Driving Sales Growth as a Key Partner

Job Description
  • Take ownership of the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build relationships with carriers, brokers, and 3PLs through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups in the US market.
  • Develop trust quickly and position solutions tailored to the operational and financial needs of carriers and freight brokers.
  • Identify decision-makers, qualify pain points, and move deals through the sales funnel efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and report on pipeline progress regularly.
Key Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the trucking, fleet management, logistics tech, or freight factoring industries.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to simplify complex solutions for busy operators.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Familiarity with industry tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
  • Grit, curiosity, and a sharp sense of how to build rapport in a transactional sales environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt in a fast-moving, metric-driven environment.
