Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying potential clients, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning our company as the preferred partner for IT solutions.
  • This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Pitch company offerings and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Management: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by understanding their requirements and facilitating effective communication between clients and the development team.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to clients, showcasing our expertise and value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and email outreach daily.
