Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead international recruitment and support teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Drive full-cycle international recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements across different regions.
  • Design and manage a seamless onboarding experience for international new hires.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for international employees on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across different regions.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems with a focus on data integrity.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles.
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring and operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones and cultures.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
