We are looking for a proactive andexperienced Recruitment Lead to manage and enhance our talentacquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background infull-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and candidate experience. You willlead hiring efforts across multiple departments, ensuring we attract, engage,and hire top talent aligned with our company culture and business needs.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical,functional, and leadership roles.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiringneeds and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies through jobportals, LinkedIn, internal referrals etc.
  • Manage and improve the candidate pipeline, interviewprocesses, and hiring timelines.
  • Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviews, andselection processes.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience fromapplication to onboarding.
  • Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire,etc.) and provide reports and insights.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent thecompany at job fairs and networking events.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices,and recruitment technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Proficient in presenting hiring analytics, MS Excel,HRIS
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition orrecruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiringbest practices.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) andrecruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritiessimultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approachto recruitment.
