
Head of Human Resources Operations

The role of an HR Assistant is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Source and screen qualified candidates against vacancies to identify the best fit for the company.
- Develop standard memoranda for advertising job posts to attract top talent.
- Maintain employee relations by providing support and guidance to employees.
- Negotiate salaries with potential employees to secure the best terms.
- Maintain employee databases and other HR materials, such as handbooks and employee books, to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Execute day-to-day HR functions, including payroll, disciplinary actions, and internal correspondence.
- Analyze population needs to maintain a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates.
- Help develop an ERP solution, psychometric tests, and other relevant evaluation mechanisms to optimize HR processes.
- Maintain employee information and conduct background checks to ensure the integrity of the hiring process.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in a related industry.
- Relevant qualifications are preferred but not essential.
- The ability to take challenges head-on and demonstrate a 'go-getter' attitude is essential.
- A strong appetite for work and growth is necessary to succeed in this role.
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate in both English and Urdu are required.
