Remote IT Bidder for Upwork

We are seeking a skilled and experienced remote bidder to join our team on Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant IT projects on Upwork with precision and speed.
  • Develop compelling proposals that showcase our team's expertise and skills in the field of IT.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with potential clients to address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet expectations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience bidding on and winning projects on Upwork.
  • Technical knowledge of IT systems and processes is essential.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are required to engage with clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are necessary to close deals and build client relationships.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Availability to work full-time and commit to meeting deadlines and project requirements.
