Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our team and drive strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Advertisement Placement, Screening & Shortlisting: Coordinate the entire recruitment process to ensure efficient hiring.
  • Employees Compensation & Benefit Programs: Design and administer compensation and benefit programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Probation Evaluation, Resignation & Final Settlement: Manage the entire lifecycle of employees from onboarding to offboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong administrative and analytical skills are also essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal & written English language skills.
  • Presentable personality, highly motivated, team player, well-groomed & energetic.
  • Well-versed/proficient in Microsoft Office.
