Job Title: Payroll and Provident Funds Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled payroll professional to manage the accurate and timely processing of employee benefits, including payroll, staff additions, deletions, loan requests, exit formalities, and compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage payroll system, including staff additions and deletions.
  • Process loan and advance requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Oversee exit formalities for departing employees, including final settlements and accounting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with income tax, SESSI, PESSI, EOBI, and professional tax regulations.
  • Prepare and submit returns for SESSI, PESSI, and EOBI, ensuring timely government compliance.
  • Submit tax and statutory deductions to the government treasury.
  • Administer the company's Provident Fund, including addition, deletion, and profit allocation.
  • Process Provident Fund loan applications, withdrawals, and permanent allocations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for Provident Fund audits.
  • Facilitate Provident Fund tax return preparation and review.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and retirement fund administration.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Collaborative work style with internal teams and external auditors.
