Job Description:

As a skilled and proactive IT professional, you will play a vital role in our organization's infrastructure team. Your key responsibilities will include managing, maintaining, and optimizing our systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities also include providing technical assistance to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, as well as setting up new user workstations, accounts, email, and access rights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and software applications.
  3. Respond to user queries via ticketing systems, email, or in-person meetings.
  4. Set up new user workstations, accounts, email, and access rights.
  5. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi) and maintain inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
  6. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as needed.
  7. Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  8. Ensure security compliance by implementing antivirus software, updates, and password policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory is mandatory.
  2. Knowledge of networking concepts, including IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers.
  3. Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in system administration with a strong focus on Azure Cloud.
  4. Proficiency in Azure services: Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Storage, Networking, and Security.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or similar certifications.
  2. Experience with hybrid cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates or Terraform.
