We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting customers, and directing them to the appropriate department. They will also assist with scheduling and confirming sales appointments, as well as performing other duties as assigned.

In addition to your customer-facing skills, you will also be working closely with our sales and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. You will need to be flexible and able to handle a dynamic work environment, while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones and greet prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department and notify staff of waiting customers
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with callers and visitors
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
