We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team.

Job Specification:

This role involves handling front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them accordingly. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in this field and be able to handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area and ensure a professional atmosphere
  • Respond to phone calls and direct them to the relevant extensions
  • Handle mail and packages with discretion

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work independently. They will also be proficient in using PABX exchanges and basic computer applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
