Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a CRM Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing sales, marketing, and customer service processes by leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, customizations, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements by implementing CRM automation, integration, and customization.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance.
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
  • Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Maintain CRM configurations that comply with data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities, and ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
