About the Role
  • Conduct thorough audits of tender documents and contracts prior to approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Verify invoices for services and highlight any discrepancies or non-compliances to senior management.
  • Evaluate reports and terms of reference for project agreements/contracts, including verification of stamp duty, insurance policies, undertakings, PBG, LTP, payment structures, BOQ, and PO/SPO.
  • Adhere to established systems and procedures to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and laws.
  • Assist in providing feedback on analysis of cost and price calculations.
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise Risk Management Framework while performing job responsibilities.
  • Comply with Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review tender documents and contracts prior to approval by senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with Public Procurement Rules (PPRA) and prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support senior management in implementing internal controls to ensure accurate and timely verification of invoices pertaining to services.
  • Highlight relevant observations to user departments to rectify non-compliances.
  • Follow system established by regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, procedures, and laws.
  • Assist in providing feedback regarding analysis of cost and price calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework while performing job responsibilities.
  • Ensure adherence to Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
