Marketing Strategist Role

The Marketing Manager role demands a dynamic individual with expertise in marketing strategy, branding, and public relations. The goal is to promote the company's image and projects through targeted campaigns.

This senior position involves developing comprehensive marketing plans, managing annual budgets, and implementing advertising strategies across various media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Develop strategic marketing plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
    • Manage project-wise marketing allocations and campaign calendars.
    • Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and positioning tactics.
  2. Brand Management & PR
    • Oversee brand development and enforcement across all channels and projects.
    • Build relationships with local and international media outlets, influencers, and partners.
    • Draft press releases, media kits, investor stories, and corporate announcements.
  3. Creative Advertising & Campaigns
    • Conceptualize and execute print, outdoor, digital, TV/radio, and social media advertising campaigns.
    • Coordinate with creative agencies for campaign production and placement.
    • Ensure timely launch of pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaigns for real estate projects.
  4. Event Management & Activations
    • Plan high-impact events such as property expos, investor meetups, groundbreakings, and community engagement programs.
    • Supervise on-site branding and guest experience for company-led events.
  5. Internal Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with Sales and Project Development teams for consistent messaging.
    • Develop internal communication materials like newsletters and performance reports.
    • Lead and mentor a marketing team comprising content writers, designers, and PR officers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in real estate sectors. Proven portfolio of successful campaigns and PR engagements.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent planning and organizational abilities, and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
